In between GTA4 sessions I’ve decided to restart The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion to get the achievements. I’ve never actually completed it either so it’ll be nice to actually do that.

For Christmas I got three great Xbox 360 titles, Bioshock, Assassin’s Creed and Mass Effect. Over the next few days I’ll probably comment on them a bit more but so far I’m really impressed by them.

My 360 has been returned from the depths of the Evil Microsoft’s Service Centre. So far things look okay after a little playtest but I’ve left it downloading some demos. We’ll see how it fares with a big playtest later. But hurray for fast customer service, 10 days from dispatch to return!
The nice UPS man came and took my Xbox 360 away to be repaired. It has been suffering from random, but frequent lock-ups which I see as a precursor to an evil “Red Rings of Death” incident.
Microsoft customer services were really efficient when I rang about it on Friday and a courier came today to take it [...]
Just a note, to clear the XBOX 360’s Cache (Which can help if you notice slowdown, and perhaps crashing) do the following:
“Go to the system blade and then select memory. Press Y on the HD symbol and then press X,X,Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X. Performing this function will also clear any software updates.”

I’m a big Worms fan, ever since the original Worms game back in 1995! (is it really 12 years ago!!!)
It’s combination of humour and strategy always appealed to me and many many more fans, so much so that Worms: Armageddon is still getting new features and patches Officially and that game is 9 years old!
