Phase 2 - Retaking the Armory

March 30th, 2008 Posted in wow

Phased_Out Most of the European realms have progressed to phase 2 of the dailies to retake Sun’s Reach, reaching that milestone unlocked a few more dailies to take part in. My favourite new daily being [Intercepting the Mana Cells]. This involves going to Bash’ir Landing in Blades Edge, killing a bunch of ethereals to get the [Bash'ir  Phasing Device] so you can phase out (which has a wonderful graphical effect) and collect [Smuggled Mana Cell]s.

So far I’m finding 2.4 really fun, for the first time there is a lot in a patch that affects me, new dailies (including the great new fishing quests), a new 5-man (Magister’s Terrace, or MrT, which I haven’t actually done yet), a fun new zone and a way to obtain badge loot for non-raiders. Rare as a [Badge of Justice] is, I’ve had 3 so far since doing the dailies… only another 147 before I can get a weapon…

MistralquenI’ve also started a druid alt, Mistralquen, to go along with the rest of the “Quen” alts. Pallyquen, Warriquen, Priestyquen, Shammyquen, Loquen (Warlock) and Rougequen. My intent is to get all these alts to level 20-ish and then choose one to powerlevel to 70.

Who will be chosen to be that next level 70? Who knows… not even me at this stage…

I am LOVING the daily quests! I thought that at least one of them would be boring or too time consuming to be bothered with, but they are all very interesting and unique! Doing them all takes about an hour or two (it depends on how many Horde are trying to stop you doing them) and we are raking in the gold!

It won’t be long before we are zooming around in the sky on our Epic Flying Mounts, I think we will have enough cash by next weekend!

I agree, pretty much all the dailies are fun and not too long.

I think our Epics shouldn’t take too long now…
